The process our Merino wool felt goes through at our wholesale

Before our Merino wool felt is ready at our wholesale, it enters our production facility as high-end wool. This wool is heated up with soap and warm water, after which it is rubbed together to become the Merino felt fabric we deliver to our clients. The process relies on the scales opening up when heated. Once the wool has run through the entire production process, it is inspected for quality by our staff. That way we ensure the best possible quality for our clients.
